Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases of self-guided digital tours from adammatravel.com, operated by Catherine Said, doing business as Adamma Tours and Travel Israel (“we”, “us”).

1. Our products. We sell digital self-guided audio tours accessed through a personal QR code or activation link delivered by email. Each tour is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Orders and payment. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown in US dollars.

3. Delivery. After payment you receive an email with your access QR code and link. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.

4. License and use. Your code gives you a personal license to use the tour. You may not resell, share publicly, copy or redistribute the tour or its content. We may disable codes used in breach of these terms.

5. Service requirements. The tour requires a smartphone with internet access for the first download. You are responsible for following your own safety and local rules while walking. Routes, opening hours and places may change without notice.

6. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property. All text, audio, images and structure of the tours belong to us or our licensors.

8. Liability. The tours are provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for incidents occurring during a tour.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
